11" Dutch man with clay/composition head w/blue felt cap & scarf, straw stuffed orange/red felt torso/body w/metal buttons, long cloth legs in deep blue cotton pants and gold (plastic) wooden shoes.  Mouth has hole for pipe (missing). 1940s
